My self and Adrian on his single speed had to go to Ponterwyd so seemed rude not to pop for a spin! Started at the centre, and crossed to the lakes, did a 4 mile circuit over there then headed back to the top and down again, about 10-11 miles. Good spin through heavy mist could have done with lights in places! My legs are now battered so having a couple of days off!
